Good to know
Questions people ask us
The answers people most often want before their first session.
Still unsure?
Message us on WhatsApp with any question. We're happy to talk it through before you book.
Does it hurt?
Most people describe it as a quick snap, like a rubber band against the skin. Areas with thicker hair can feel warmer. We cool the skin throughout and can adjust as we go.
Is the result permanent?
Laser gives a long-term reduction in hair. Most treated hair doesn't grow back, and what does tends to be finer and lighter. Hormonal changes can wake up new follicles, which is what top-up sessions are for.
How many sessions will I need?
Usually six to eight, spaced 4–8 weeks apart. Face and underarms tend to need sessions closer together than legs or back. We'll plan your timings at the consultation.
Can I shave between sessions?
Yes, shaving is the only hair removal you should use during a course. Avoid waxing, threading, plucking and epilating.
Who shouldn't have treatment?
We don't treat during pregnancy, over tattoos, or on skin that's sunburnt or broken. Some medications make skin more sensitive to light, so please tell us about anything you're taking.
How long does a session take?
From around ten minutes for an upper lip to under an hour for full legs. You can go straight back to your day afterwards.
Feel smooth. Feel confident. Feel you.
